Problem #1: Model 3021769Z & 3021854Z. Made 2/4/08. (Note: All sold at Target & Wal-Mart Stores.) Seat may have shipped without complete assembly of red release handle. Under certain conditions, this may cause seat to separate from base resulting in serious injury. Call: 800-233-5921 for replacement seat & base. Until replaced install seat only without base. Problem #2: Models beginning 390, 391, 534, & 552. Made 4/1/05-1/31/08. Seat could separate from base in high impact side crash. Dyn-O-Mite
Problem #1: models 441, 446 & 448 w/ tubular steel frame made pre-2/89. Exceeds safe angle in most reclined position. Thread shoulder belt through clip on seat back.
