Child passenger safety is a highly technical and rapidly changing field. Maintaining and furthering one's skills is vital. The information and resources posted here are intended to assist Washington State's Child Passenger Safety Advocates with this important challenge.
Learning Child Passenger Safety is like learning a foreign language. "If you don't use it, you lose it." To remain current, we must constantly familiarize ourselves with new vehicle and child restraint technology, find and read the latest research, and continue our hands-on learning at car seat check ups. We may feel like the anonymous author of this quotation;

This site does not endeavor to address all the questions Child Passenger Safety Technicians may have, but together, we'll increase our knowledge, locate new credible sources, and mentor one another because we passionately care about protecting children in the car.
